科技创新团队创新增效运营模型研究

摘    要:在科技创新团队运营阶段,运用生产效率测定指标构建团队创新增效运营模型,并提出增效的重点聚集于团队活动计划,而团队计划的重点是从假设探索向实践运用的方法研究。以某企业总部及其事业部18个科技创新团队为研究对象,在两个时间节点(项目开始后的第3个月和第9个月)对创新增效要因和创新效率之间的关系进行实地调查,研究结果显示:创新增效60%~80%的要因聚集于团队活动计划,第3个月以假设探索为中心的团队活动计划对于创新增效的影响极大,而第9个月以实践为中心的团队活动计划对于创新增效的影响极大。并验证了以上两个时间节点中团队活动计划重点的差异性。

Research of Science and Technology Innovation Team Efficiency Operating Model
Abstract:Using the efficiency measurement indicators research in science and technology innovation team efficiency more and more gets the attention of the experts and scholars. Based on the science and technology innovation team operation stages production efficiency measurement indicators, this paper builds the scientific and technological innovation team innovation efficiency operating model, and puts forward the focus of the science and technology innovation team efficiency in team activity plan. In the process of science and technology innovation, team plan hypothesis is the focus of the exploration to practice using the method of research. Research bases on an enterprise headquarters and division of 18 science and technology innovation team as the research object, nodes in two time (3 months and 9 months after the beginning of the project) for the innovation of science and technology innovation activities efficiency in and the relationship between the innovation efficiency of field investigation. The results showed that 60% ~ 80% of the aggregation of teamwork plan is the essential factor of the innovation efficiency. In addition, the third month survey showed that team activity plan with hypothesis explore for the center influences the innovation efficiency greatly. The ninth month survey showed that team activity plan with practice for the center influences the innovation efficiency greatly. The study also verified the differences of team activities plan"s key point on the above two time nodes.
