| 摘 要： | 基于搜寻理论和组织学习理论,构建跨界搜寻通过技术知识获取和技术知识传播影响企业技术差异化能力的理论模型。利用300份来自我国制造企业的问卷调研数据对所提研究假设进行实证检验。结果表明,跨界搜寻对企业技术知识获取有显著的正向影响;技术知识获取对企业内部技术知识传播有显著的正向影响;技术复杂性负向调节技术知识获取和技术知识传播之间的关系;内部技术知识传播对企业技术差异化能力有显著的正向影响。

Study on the Impact of Boundry-Spanning Search on Technological Distinctive Competencies |

| Abstract: | Based on search theory and organizational learning theory,the theoretical model is built that how boundry-spanning search impacts technological distinctive competencies both directly and indirectly through technological knowledge acquisition and technological knowledge dissemination. The hypotheses have been empirically tested by using 300 survey data from China"s manufacturing enterprises. The results show that boundry-spanning search has a positive effect on technological knowledge acquisition. Technological knowledge acquisition has a positive effect on technological knowledge dissemination. Technological complexity negatively moderates the relations between technological knowledge acquisition and technological knowledge dissemination. Technological knowledge dissemination has a positive effect on technological distinctive competencies. |
