| 摘 要： | 在供给侧结构性改革和美丽广东建设背景下，发展绿色金融成为广东实现经济转型和绿色发展的重要路径。本文借助ArcGIS、GeoDa以及Matlab2016软件，基于2010-2016年广东21个地级市的城市经济数据，建立固定效应空间库宾模型，实证分析广东省绿色金融发展及其影响因素。研究发现：（1）广东省绿色金融发展具有较强的聚集效应和空间溢出效应，发展水平呈现区域不平衡特征；（2）地区生产总值、金融发展程度、空气质量和受教育程度，是影响广东省绿色金融发展空间格局演变的主要因素，并且存在明显的空间溢出效应；（3）金融发展程度和空气质量抑制区域间的绿色金融发展；（4）地区生产总值和受教育程度相对于金融发展程度和空气质量而言，无论是在区域内部还是在区域间，其促进绿色金融发展的作用都是非常明显的。最后，据此提出了推动广东省绿色金融发展的对策建议。

Factors influencing the Development of Green Finance in Guangdong Province:An Empirical Study Based on the Fixed Effect Spatial Dubin Model |

| Abstract: | Under the background of supply-side structural reform and beautiful Guangdong construction, the development of green finance has become an important path for Guangdong to achieve economic transformation and green development. Based on ArcGIS, GeoDa and Matlab2016 software, this paper builds a fixed-effect spatial Dubin model with the urban economic data of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong from 2010 to 2016, and empirically analyzes the development and the influencing factorsof green finance in Guangdong Province.The result found that: (1) Guangdong''s green finance development has strong aggregation effect and spatial spillover effect, and the development level presents regional imbalance characteristics; (2) regional GDP, financial development degree, air quality and education level are the main factors which affecting the evolution of the spatial pattern of green finance development in Guangdong Province, andobviouslythis four factors exist spatial spillover effects; (3) the level of financial development and air quality will inhibit regional green finance development; (4)Compared with the degree of financial development andair quality, regional GDP and the level of education do play an important role of promoting green financial development both within the region and between regions. At the end, this paper alsoputs forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of green finance in Guangdong Province. |
