| 摘 要： | 运用生态学的观点,对学术生态的基本内涵与构成要素进行探讨;指出当前面临的学术生态失衡的相关表现,包括学术研究的失范、学术生态环境的失当、学术生态关系的失调等。同时,针对高校的学术生态建设,提出相关的途径与对策。

Discussion on Academic Ecological Construction for Colleges and Universities |

| Abstract: | The concept and components of academic ecosystem were discussed, and some issues on academic ecological imbalance including academic anomie, improper academic ecological environment and disorder of academic ecological relationships were also pointed out and analyzed. Moreover, some countermeasures and strategies were put forward towards the academic ecological improvement of colleges and universities. |
