| 摘 要： | 在十九大创新创业背景下,科技型中小企业的健康发展显得尤为重要,但融资难问题依然制约着科技型中小企业发展。因此,本文从投入、产出、发展前景等多方面考量,应时地构建针对投资者的可量化的科技金融效益指数,旨在将投资者与科技型中小企业联结起来。该指数体系创新性地首次从科技金融产出指数、科技金融投入指数两个维度建立坐标系,可以在坐标系中定位任一科技企业的可投资性。最后,本文以天津市为例进行实证分析并提出相关建议。

Constructing a technology-finance index for creativity and entrepreneurship under the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China |

| Abstract: | Under the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for creativity and entrepreneurship, the healthy development of small and mid-sized enterprise is of great importance. This paper first analyses the urgency of building a system to evaluate the efficiency that science and technology and finance merge. This paper builds a quantifiable system aiming at connecting investors and enterprises. The system is divided into two sub-ratio, which are the science and technology and finance input ratio and science and technology and finance output ratio and the sub-ratio are consist of several index under the idea of "resources - input - output". Establishing a coordinate system, the science and technology and finance input ratio as vertical coordinate, the science and technology and finance output ratio as abscissa, the paper can locate the status of any small and mid-sized enterprise and give the advice to the investor of whether the enterprise is worth investing and how much the enterprise can expand. |
