| 摘 要： | 构建基于“五位一体”总布局视角的经济社会发展绩效评价体系是“五位一体”总布局协同推进的“风向标”。在经济社会发展评价指标体系构建的理论基础上，从经济、政治、社会、文化和生态文明等五个方面构建了基于“五位一体”总布局的经济社会发展绩效评价指标体系，应用基于主客观组合赋权法和线性加权评价模型，对“十二五”期间中国经济社会发展绩效进行了动态评价，揭示出了“十二五”期间我国经济社会发展特征，探索出了五位一体总布局的协同推进状况。最后根据评价结果，提出了优化经济社会发展水平的措施。

Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation System of Economic and Social Development Performance in China from 2011 to 2015 Based on the View of Five-in-one General Arrangement |

| Abstract: | The comprehensive evaluation system of economic and social development performance based on the view of Five-in-one general arrangement is the direction of the development under the Five-in-one general arrangement. The paper constructs the evaluation index system from five aspects including the economic, social, political, cultural construction and ecology civilization construction based on the theoretical basis of the index system. The paper makes the comprehensive evaluation on the economic and social development performance in China from 2011 to 2015 by the combination weighting methods. The result shows the coordinated development performance of the five-in-one general arrangement and reveals the overall situation of the economic and social development from the angel of the five-in-one general arrangement. The corresponding policy suggestions are put forward according to the analytical results. |
