摘    要:创新生态系统是节能环保产业整合创新资源,打造创新优势,提升产业竞争力打破发达国家技术壁垒的重要手段。在分析界定节能环保产业创新生态系统内涵和特征的基础上,从创新生态的视角明晰系统的六大创新组织,三大创新种群和内外部创新环境,构建节能环保产业创新生态系统模型,并基于多中心治理理论分析了节能环保产业创新生态系统的治理机制,包括监管机制、声誉机制、知识产权保护机制、需求反馈机制、协同机制和信息披露机制,为系统的优化提供参考。

Rearch on the Building and Multi - center Governance Mechanism of Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Industrial Innovation Ecosystem
Abstract:The innovation ecosystem is an important means for the energy-saving and environmental protection industry to integrate innovative resources, create innovative advantages and enhance industrial competitiveness to break down the technical barriers in developed countries. Based on the analysis of defining the connotation and characteristics of the innovative eco-system of energy-saving and environmental protection industry, the six innovative organizations, the three innovative populations, the internal and external innovation environment were clarified from the perspective of innovation ecology, and the innovative eco-system model of energy saving and environmental protection industry was built. Futhermore, based on the theory of multi-center governance, this paper analyzes the governance mechanism of the innovation eco-system of energy saving and environmental protection industry , including regulatory mechanism, reputation mechanism, intellectual property protection mechanism, demand feedback mechanism, synergetic mechanism and information disclosure mechanism,providing a reference for system optimization.
