中韩科研合作网络、模式与演进路径

摘    要:【目的/意义】科研合作有助于拓展学科研究领域、共享科学资源、降低研究风险,提高科研成果生产率,本文从六个时间阶段分析中韩科研合作网络的演化路径,为两国科研机构的学术合作发展提供新的启示。【方法/过程】采用中韩合著的SCI论文进行产出力、影响力的分析,构建其学科网络、机构合作网络,深入挖掘中韩科研合作模式,绘制中韩科研合作演化路径。【结果/结论】最终发现中韩科研合作的模式先后经历了被动分散、“一对一”较为单一的合作模式、以人才流动为纽带 “一对N”、“N对一”的自发式合作模式、海外办学平台建设的“面到面”的平民化合作模式到从学院出发以学科发展为目的的“点对点”的任务型合作模式及“战略联盟”、“校企合作”、“地方合作”等自由化多样化开放化的“N+N”模式。

Scientific Research Cooperation Network,Model and Evolution Path of China and South Korea
Abstract:Scientific research cooperation helps to expand the field of research, share scientific resources, reduce the risk of research, and improve the productivity of scientific research results. This paper analyzes the evolutionary path of the Chinese and Korean scientific research cooperation network from the six time stage, and provides a new indication for the academic cooperation and development of the two countries" scientific research institutions.. Output power, influence and key disciplines of coauthor SCI papers between China and South Korea were analyzed. Its institutional cooperation network was built, the key, a minor, major and general institutions were identified, and the cooperation pattern was excavated. Results show that the mode of scientific research cooperation between China and South Korea has successively experienced the passive dispersion, "one to one" mode of cooperation, the "one pair of N", "N to one" mode of self cooperation and the "face to face" for the construction of overseas running platform to the goal of the development of the subject from the college. The "point to point" Task-based cooperation mode and the "N+N" mode such as "strategic alliance", "school enterprise cooperation", "local cooperation" and so on.
