| 摘 要： | 在回顾以往研究的基础上,提出基于应用的专利布局新模式及其适用范围和实施策略,并选择JY公司作为研究对象,从技术分析、市场调查、能力匹配、规划布局、实施与调整的全过程详细说明该模式的实施流程和关键步骤,以期丰富企业专利布局模式的相关研究,并对同类企业的专利布局提供参考。

| Abstract: | On the basis of reviewing past research, a new model of patent-based layout based on application is proposed, as well as the scope of application and implementation strategy of the model. And select JY Company as the research object, and elaborate the implementation process and key steps of the model from the whole process of technical analysis, market research, capability matching, planning and layout, implementation and adjustment, in order to enrich the research on the patent layout model of enterprises, and The patent layout of the company provides guidance. |
