| 摘 要： | 通过对相关中医药企业专利运营情况调研,针对中医药专利运营中存在的专利申请数量不多、不均衡,企业专利运营意识不强,专利运营方式比较单一,权利质押等创新方式比较欠缺,机构人员配置不足等方面的若干问题,提出从宏观层面应加强政策配套、平台建设,从微观上加强运营模式的创新,加强专利预警,提高中医药专利运营工作前瞻性等策略措施。

Analysis on Patent Operation Strategy of Traditional Chinese Medicine |

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the patent operation of the related Chinese medicine enterprises, there are few types of patent applications for the patent operation of Chinese medicine, which are not balanced, the way of patent operation is single, the pledge of rights is relatively lacking, and the enterprise"s patent operation consciousness is not strong. This paper puts forward some strategic measures such as strengthening the policy supporting, platform construction, strengthening the operation of the innovative operation mode from microcosmic level, strengthening the patent early warning and improving the prospect of the patent operation of the traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. |
