| 摘 要： | 在相关文献梳理的基础上,提出各个变量之间关系的理论假设,并对我国企业创新的实践数据进行实证分析。研究结果显示,利用式资源拼凑有利于创新绩效的提高,而探索式资源拼凑与创新绩效之间存在倒U型关系;环境动态性在利用式资源拼凑与创新绩效之间起负向调节作用,在探索式资源拼凑与创新绩效之间起正向调节作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the review of related literature, we proposed the theoretical hypothesis of the relationship between variables ,and empirical analysis was conducted based on the empirical data of China' s corporate innovation. The research results showed that exploitation resource bricolage has positive relationship with innovation performance;and there was an inverted u - shaped relationship between exploratory resource bricolage and innovation performance;environmental dynamism negatively regulated the relationship between exploitation resource bricolage and innovation performance, positively adjusted the relationship between exploratory resource bricolage and innovation performance. |
