| 摘 要： | 基于装配式建筑产业链各主体的需求分析,集成CIM与区块链、VR等信息技术手段,构建基于CIM+的装配式建筑产业链运行管理平台,并对政府及装配式建筑产业链核心主体提出平台参与及协同运行建议.CIM+平台的建设对装配式建筑市场激活具有积极的引导作用,对提高装配式建筑全产业链的业务协同和资源配置效率具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | This paper integrates CIM with blockchain, VR and other information technologies to build a CIM+-based prefabricated building industry chain operation management platform based on the analysis of the user needs of the information platform of the prefabricated building industry chain, and provides reasonable suggestions to the government and industry chain enterprises to help improve operation efficiency of the platform and promote the coordinated development of the main body of the industry chain. At the same time, it provides more data support for the construction of smart cities, and promotes the construction and management of smart cities. |
