| 摘 要： | 针对传统产业转型中市场配置资源作用发挥不充分问题，以纺织服装产业为例，遵循市场经济理论和问题导向法，探索工业互联网赋能传统产业数字化转型的逻辑机理和实现路径，发现其决定性力量是市场。基于市场的选择，工业互联网的软件集成云架构、大数据分析能力、全覆盖智能感知功能、要素互联互通优势，可促进纺织服装产业补齐信息化短板、走向定制化模式、提高劳动生产率和开展融通创新。针对工业互联网市场化运作量质仍待提升、数字基础设施建设投资巨大、中小企业嵌入工业互联网的意愿和动力不足以及相关人才奇缺等制约因素，提出工业互联网赋能传统产业数字化转型的实现路径，核心在于实现市场融通，需要工业互联网服务商双向发力提升市场竞争力；激发中小市场主体嵌入上云的内生动力；以市场化方式加强金融支持；发挥融通创新的市场促进作用；创新以市场为导向的人才发展机制。
