| 摘 要： | 针对未来可能出现的废旧动力电池回收率低而导致处理率低、回报率低的产业发展瓶颈,在借鉴国、内外相关产业成功经验基础上,结合我国国情,设计EPR制度下我国新能源汽车动力电池的回收利用模式,提出保障该模式运行的相关政策,对促进我国新能源汽车产业的可持续发展具有较强的现实指导意义。

Mode of New EnergyAutomotive Battery Reclamation with Restriction of Extended Producer Responsibility |

| Abstract: | Recycling of new energy vehicle battery has remarkable economic, resource and environmental effects. Aiming at the possible problems in the future, with restriction of extended producer responsibility, this paper systematically studied reclamation mode of new energy vehicle battery based on our unique conditions and foreign experience, and some policy suggestions and measures were put forward. We believe these conclusions have practical significance to promote the sustainable development of new energy automotive industry in China. |
