| 摘 要： | 学者对产业集群与竞争是否共存问题进行了深入研究，企业竞争演化存在许多风险，恶性竞争严重影响产业集群的协同演化。基于Lotka—Volterra模型分析，对产业集群内企业之间的捕食与竞争关系进行研究，集群企业竞争演化策略选择应以正确的集群企业兼并战略为导向、注重集群企业的竞合博弈均衡、强化政府与中介机构的引导作用等。
