| 摘 要： | 深入分析广东创新政策,认为其存在着体系不完善,顶层设计不足,部分政策缺乏可操作性,政策执行力度不强,经济政策与科技政策脱节等主要问题,提出需要采取有效的对策措施,制定和完善导向创新的广东政策体系。
