| 摘 要： | 在分析创新创业人才培养现状不能满足创新型国家建设对科技创新型人才的需求的基础上,重新定位高校科技人员在创新创业人才培养体系中的重要作用,以温州科技职业学院为研究对象,探索科技人员创业融入创新创业人才培养体系,形成“导师-项目-团队”人才培养体系,丰富和拓展了高等职业教育创新创业人才培养模式,推动科技人员成果转化的同时,带动大学生创业由单纯复制型向科技创新型转变。

Practice and Exploration of Integrating Scientific and Technological Personnel into Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Training System Based on A Case of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology |

| Abstract: | This paper re-orientates the important role of university scientific and technological personnel in the training system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents on the basis of analyzing that the current situation of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents can not meet the needs of innovative country construction for innovative and innovative talents. Taking Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as the research object, this paper explores the integration of entrepreneurship of scientific and technological personnel into the training system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and forms "Tutor-Project-Team" Talent Training System, which enriches and expands the training mode of innovative entrepreneurship talents in Higher Vocational education, promotes the transformation of achievements of scientific and technological personnel. At the same time, it also promotes the transformation of Students"entrepreneurship from simple replication to scientific and technological innovation. |
