| 摘 要： | 核心能力理论缺乏实证基础一直是造成其没有得到应用的主要原因。我国学者虽有少量的实证研究,但对企业核心能力的构建过程缺乏研究。本文在调查的基础上,主要研究浙江省医药企业在构建核心能力的过程中采用的方法,总结成功的模式,具有一定的借鉴意义。
