摘    要:依据专业领域,创新能力,创新发展、技术成熟度,创新方式,创新程度,应用效果对查新结论进行分类分析,为石油工业合理配置科技资源、梳理重大技术研发方向、提升自主技术创新能力、创建国际一流企业提供重要支撑。科技查新结论编写研究具有广阔的应用前景。

Research on the Compilation Model of Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Conclusions of Innovative Technology in Petroleum Industry
Abstract:Today, the world is experiencing unprecedentedly active and intensive innovation in energy technology. The rapid development of petroleum technology to provide clean, efficient and sustainable energy has resulted in more intense market competition and industrial competition. Technological innovation is the driving force behind the efforts to take the leading strategic position in energy transformation. Sci-Tech novelty retrieval has been carried out to avoid redundant research projects and evaluate innovation in scientific research achievements. The classification and analysis of novelty retrieval conclusions in terms of specialty, innovation capabilities, technology maturity, innovation mode, innovation degree and application effect analysis will provide important support for the petroleum industry to rationally allocate scientific and technological resources, analyze areas of major technology research and development, enhance independent technological innovation capabilities, and to build first-class companies. Therefore, research on the compilation model of Sci-Tech novelty retrieval conclusions enjoys broad application prospects.
