摘    要:在研究高层管理团队异质性和冲突理论的基础上,结合系统观点与五行理论提出团队五要素模型假说,解释异质性研究中理论与实证背离的原因,并对异质性和冲突理论的不足进行补充。

Abstract:On the study of heterogeneity and conflict theory of top management team,a five-factor model hypothesis with systems perspective and the five elements theory has been built in this thesis,to interpret the deviation between theoretical analysis and empirical study of TMT heterogeneity and conflict theory.It is a complement of heterogeneity and conflict theory.
