摘    要:通过构建项目型组织知识转移动因和组织情境要素系统,运用模糊认知图动态仿真项目型组织知识转移动因和组织情景的动态作用关系。为项目型组织改进激励机制,优化成员结构提供参考依据。

Abstract:Project experience, project knowledge and innovations are key resources for the sustainable development of project-based organizations. The paper puts forward a motivation and organizational context system, which builds a fuzzy cognitive map by experts evaluation, and then gets the steady state through the method of dynamic simulation, which will better for understand the mutual relations and their effect degree of the motivation and organizational context during the knowledge transfer process. The results can provide a reference to improve the incentive mechanism and optimize the structure of members in project-based organization.
