| Abstract: | The paper studies the repeated projects phenomena of scientific research from science and technology novelty retrieval practice,multiple departments and multiple area management,and the quantity of fund items supporting the science research paper in our country.The paper proposes some measures to avoid repeated projects after analyzing the declaration and approval flow of scientific research projects. |
