摘    要:经济和产业在空间上的集聚是当前人类经济活动在空间上的最突出表现,产业集聚与经济开放的程度有很大的关系。首先对江西省建筑业的空间结构进行了研究分析,从整体上把握了江西省建筑业在空间布局上的特征,即江西省建筑业空间结构变动得比较平缓,是一种非均衡状态。然后把江西省划分为11个地理区域,利用区位Gini系数来测算江西省建筑业的空间集聚状况,结果显示,江西省建筑业在空间上表现出了一定的集聚现象。最后针对江西省各城市的现状及优势提出了发展城市建设的一些建议。

Abstract:The spatial cluster of economy and industry is the most outstanding performance of the current human economic activities in the space.There is a certain relationship between the industrial clustering and economic openness.In this paper,the space structure of construction industry of Jiangxi province is studied and analyzed.The space layout characteristic of construction industry of Jiangxi province is that the spatial structure has a mild and stable change in non-equilibrium state.The degree of spatial cluster of the construction industry in Jiangxi province has also been estimated by using Gini coefficient through dividing Jiangxi province into 11 geographical districts.The results show that the construction industry in Jiangxi province has a certain degree of clustering.Finally,according to the current situation and superiority of these cities in Jiangxi province,some suggestions of city development have been put forward.
