摘    要:在对中外关于冲突、冲突管理的相关文献回顾基础上,从个体、群体层面研究高层管理团队冲突起因、过程与结果构建了一个高层管理团队冲突过程框架。在组织变量的调节作用下,任务冲突和关系冲突交互作用在不同的冲突管理方式以及情境因素调节下间接作用于绩效。同时研究分析了绩效对冲突的反馈影响作用。

Abstract:The causes,progress and results of conflicts in top management team are analyzed from personal and group level based on the review of relevant literatures on conflict and conflict management both at home and abroad,and then a model of conflict progress in top management team is built.Task and relationship conflict interacts with each other with the moderating of organizational factors.And also regulated by different conflict management styles and environment factors,conflict influences performance indirectly.Then the feedback of performance to conflict is studied.
