| 摘 要： | 近年来,国家对基础研究和应用基础研究的支持力度不断增强,国家自然科学基金项目的申报数量也在不断增加,高校科研管理部门在重视项目申报的过程管理、提高申报质量的同时,也要注重项目立项后的中期检查、结题验收、绩效考核和成果转化等工作。本文结合工作实践与体会,介绍了对国家自然科学基金项目进行前期、中期及后期三个阶段全程质量管理的基本思路和主要做法,以期为农业院校科研管理部门提供有价值的参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | As the state support for basic research continues to increase,the application for proposals of the National Natural Science Foundation gradually increase.Besides of the emphasis on process of proposals application,and the improvement of the quality of application,we should pay attention to the proposal management in the mid-term examination,performance evaluation,achievements conversion and so on.In this paper,taking the practice and experience as a example,we put forward some suggestions on how to enhance the quantity management of total period for proposals of the National Natural Science Foundation for scientific research department of agricultural colleges. |
