| 摘 要： | 纺织服装业是河南省传统优势产业和重要的民生产业,对河南省国民经济和社会发展起着很大作用.近年来,由于国内外纺织品服装市场竞争日趋激烈、人民币持续升值和企业生产成本大幅增加等因素影响,河南省纺织服装业发展受到了挑战.加快转型升级是河南省纺织服装业实现可持续发展的现实选择.本文在分析了河南省纺织服装业发展状况后,指出了河南省纺织服装业转型升级中的主要制约因素,并提出了相关的对策.

| Abstract: | The textile and clothing industry is Henan Province’ s traditional superiority industry and important livelihood industry,and plays a significant role in economic and social development of Henan Province.In recent years,because of the increasingly fierce market competition of the domestic and foreign textile and apparel,the continual appreciation of Renminbi,and the sustainable increase of the production costs,etc.,the development of textile and clothing industry in Henan Province has faced a great challenge.Speeding up the transformation and upgrading is a realistic choice to achieve sustainable development in Henan Province.The paper first analyzed the favorable conditions of transformation and upgrading of the textile and clothing industry in Henan Province,then pointed out the main obstacles,and put forward relevant countermeasures. |
