创意产业发展过程中政府角色定位研究

摘    要:市场在创意产业发展初期很难真正发挥对创意资源的有效配置功能,使得政府在创意产业发展中的"市场替代"行为具有一定的合理性。我国创意产业发展特色不突出,政策支持不到位,产业链上游断裂,产业战略联盟不完善。政府必须成为创意产业发展的火车头,规划师,服务者,加强对创意产业发展的扶持与协调。

Abstract:The"alternative market"behavior for government has certain rationality in the development of creative industries because the market can not really play an effective function in the allocation of creative resources in the early stage of development of creative industries.Development of creative industries in China has not prominent features;policy support is not strong enough;the upstream industry chain is breaking;industry strategic alliances are not perfect.Government should strengthen the support and coordination for creative industries and government should become the engine,planners and service providers of the development of creative industries.
