| 摘 要： | 煤炭企业对供应链合作伙伴的选择带有一定的主观性,需要选择科学的方法对合作伙伴进行评价,这样才能提高煤炭企业供应链的整体效益和竞争力。从煤炭企业实际出发,构造出适合煤炭企业供应链合作伙伴选择的指标体系。运用粗糙集对指标进行约减,选出关键的指标,然后通过信息熵多属性评价方法对合作伙伴进行评价,最后根据排序结果和煤炭企业的实际需要选出自己满意的合作伙伴。

| Abstract: | Coal companies have certain subjectivity when choosing supply chain partners,therefore they need to take scientific method to evaluate their partners in order to improve the overall efficiency of coal enterprise supply chain and competitiveness.According to the reality of coal companies,the paper constructs a selection index system of supply chain partners of coal companies.Indicators are reduced by means of rough set,in which way key indicators are selected.Then evaluation on partners is made through the method of information entropy for more attributes.Finally,according to the sequencing results and their actual needs,coal companies choose their ideal partners. |
