| 摘 要： | 人才战略对于国家的发展至关重要。适时有效的国家人才战略不仅是美国、日本等发达国家的成功所在,而且也是主要新兴经济体国家崛起的重要因素。对俄罗斯、韩国、印度和巴西等主要新兴经济体国家人才战略予以总结和分析,以期为我国人才战略的制定及相关研究提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | Talent strategy is crucial to national development.Appropriate and effective strategy for talents not only contributes to achievements in all fields of developed countries such as the United State and Japan etc.,but also is the key factor for the development of main emerging economies such as Russia,Korea,India and Brazil.In order to provide some helpful reference for making talent strategy and relative research in China,the reviews and analysis on the talent strategy characteristics of these main emerging economies are carried out. |
