| 摘 要： | 证券信息公司是知识密集型现代服务企业,以往研究从定性分析的角度注意到证券信息服务的多种模式选择问题,但尚未结合科学的定量分析工具对证券信息服务模式进行评价。本文选取证券信息公司典型的19种信息服务模式作为决策单元,建立评价指标体系,对5家有代表性的证券信息公司进行数据采集,采用公共权重DEA模型进行实证分析,得出这19种服务模式的选择顺序。研究表明,互联网络广告服务、电子邮件邮寄资讯、产品包装服务模式和移动证券信息服务是证券信息公司的主营服务模式;提供投资资讯是主要的内容精加工服务模式;咨询服务模式是主营服务模式发展的有力推手;内容粗加工服务模式是最劣选择。针对这一研究结果,文章最后给出了证券信息公司服务模式选择的建议。

| Abstract: | Securities information companies(SICs) belongs to knowledge-intensive business services industry.The related works seldom cover the service model selection of SICs from the quantitative analysis aspects.Based on common weigh data envelopment analysis approach and data process,this paper analyzed nineteen securities information service models from five typical SICs and got their ranks which offered the preliminary selection sequence of service model of SICs.The results showed that internet advertisement service,email-push information service,service package and mobile securities information service were the main service models of SICs.Investment consulting information was the important content deeply-processed service model.Consulting service model benefited the development of main service model.The simply-processed service model was the worst option.Finally,the gave some suggestions for SICs’ selection on service model. |
