| 摘 要： | 知识产权运营是知识产权管理中最为重要的环节之一,合理、有效的知识产权运营不但能将科技成果最大化转换为生产力,更能促进企业后续资本不断积累,提高企业市场影响力以及核心竞争力。在对中国现有企业知识产权运营模式评述的基础上,结合对相关调查数据的实证研究,以协同理论为基础,分析中国知识产权运营管理现状及存在问题,并提出促进企业知识产权运营管理能力提升的对策建议,以期进一步优化中国企业知识产权运营管理系统模型。

| Abstract: | The intellectual property rights operation is in the intellectual property rights management link one of most important links.Not only reasonable, the effective intellectual property rights operation can the scientific and technical payoffs maximization transformation for the productive forces, can promote the enterprise capital unceasing accumulation, the impetus enterprise influence as well as the competitive power further promotion.This article in unifies the correlation investigation data to our country existing enterprise intellectual property rights operation pattern narration foundation in, take coordinates the theory as the foundation, analyzes our country knowledge to produce the property right operation management present situation and the existence question, and in this foundation proposed corresponding sharpens the enterprise intellectual property rights operation managed capacity the suggestion, optimizes our country Enterprise intellectual property rights operation system model by this. |
