The influence of Patent Alliance characteristics on patent alliance market performance in China |

| Abstract: | The patent alliance is the inevitable result of the technology economy development, and our patent alliance is only ten years of history. Those enterprises and related researchers in China have no clear knowledge on patent alliance market performance. Patent Alliance features is an important factor affecting the patent alliance performance. The empirical test reveals the microscopic improvement mechanism of Patent Alliance characteristics in alliance performance, found the effectiveness and shortcomings in the building of China"s Patent Alliance, and put forward the improvement direction of patent alliance construction, which will further promote China"s Patent Alliance growth. Overall, China"s patent alliance has made certain progress, but the standard is low, and many of the major function has not yet been achieved, so there is a considerable gap with western countries.#$NLKeywords: patent alliances; vertical integration; patent barriers; open alliances; alliances; market performance |
