| 摘 要： | 基于战略联盟的开放式创新已成为企业创新的重要方式,从双边、企业以及网络3个层面,对国际上近20年的联盟式开放性创新研究进行梳理,就联盟类型、二元匹配、治理控制、联盟能力、联盟组合等6个大类联盟创新研究进行系统的评述与总结,并提出联盟能力构建路径、混合联盟组合管理等4个未来研究方向,供国内联盟创新研究者参考。

Open Innovation Based on Strategic Alliance: A Systematic Review of Corporate,Dyadic and Network Level |

| Abstract: | Modern new product development and service innovation requires ?rms to open up their organizational boundaries and tap into external sources of technology and knowledge. Strategic alliance is one of the most prevalent forms of open innovation. First, 20 years of recent empirical research on alliance-based open innovation is systematically reviewed, in terms of a framework that distinguishes among three levels of analysis, individual versus dyad versus network. Then, the insights in six main categories of alliance innovation research such as alliance type, dyad match, innovation governance, alliance capability, and alliance portfolio, are synthesized. Based on the systematic review, 4 future research directions, such as alliance capability construction path and mixed alliance portfolio management, are proposed. |
