| 摘 要： | 创新力和控制力是企业持续发展中的重要组成部分。基于共生理论,构建创新力和控制力共生模型,分析创新力和控制力的5种共生模式。研究显示,在企业持续发展力中,创新力和控制力的相互作用具有多种形式,在企业的不同生命周期阶段呈现不同的作用模式,其中对称性互利共生并不总是最佳的模式。

Study the Coordination of Innovation Ability and Control Ability in Enterprise Sustainable Development Based on the Symbiosis Theory |

| Abstract: | Innovation ability and control ability has a very important role in enterprise sustainable development strength. Through the symbiosis theory, constructs the innovation and control symbiosis model, and analyzes the five kinds of symbiotic mode. Study conclusion shows that sustainable development in the enterprise interaction with a variety of forms of innovation and control, and in different life cycle stages, present different mode of interaction, and not symmetry mutualism is the best model. |
