| Abstract: | With the deepening of the development of science and technology industry and market competition, OEM technology enterprises how to speed up the upgrading structural adjustment and seek unique development space to promote the strategic transformation of company is very important. Based on the dynamic capability view, this paper analyzes the effect of four transformations of the group"s resource through the use of case study method. |
