基于可拓理论的产品绿色设计知识重用研究

摘    要:针对目前企业开展绿色设计缺乏决策支持信息的问题,基于可拓理论,提出一种产品绿色设计知识重用方法.首先分析了绿色设计知识体系构成,提出一种三层次的知识框架,包括产品层、结构层和工艺层,并建立了相应的物元模型;在此基础上,给出了绿色设计知识的重用过程,包括用户需求表达、实例检索和可拓变换;然后介绍了重用过程的关键技术,即基于距的实例检索算法;最后结合某机床集团的滚齿机绿色设计过程,验证了本方法的可行性和有效性.
