摘    要:立足于安全信息流的基本概念,分析其在系统安全管理过程中的价值;同时构建系统安全管理信息化模型并分析模型的内涵和价值意义,以揭示安全信息流在安全管理过程中的作用机理;在此基础上,从基本概念和实现路径等方面对精准安全管理进行分析。研究发现,安全信息流可揭示系统内部作用机理,对安全管理具有驱动导向的综合作用,且对提升安全管理精准化程度具有重要指导意义。

Research on Precision of System Safety Management From the Perspective of Safety Information Flow
Abstract:Purpose/significance] Precision safety management is one of the major issues that the society pays attention to and needs to realize. Safety information flow aims at revealing the internal mechanism of the system and facing the safety management process, which is helpful and directive to the realization of precise safety management. Therefore, the research on precision safety management based on security information flow has important theoretical and practical significance.Method/process] Firstly, based on the concept of safety information flow and system safety elements, the value of safety information flow in safety management was analyzed. Secondly, the information model of system safety management was constructed, and the connotation and significance of the model were analyzed to reveal the mechanism of safety information flow in the management process. Finally, based on the safety information flow perspective and the model, the precision safety management was analyzed from three aspects: basic concepts, realization path and research prospects. Result/conclusion] The results show that safety information flow can reveal the mechanism of the system, and plays a driving-oriented integrated role in the management process, which has theoretical guiding significance for the realization of precise safety management, and is conductive to improving the safety level of the system.
