摘    要:创新是企业持续竞争力的核心来源之一。对于制造业企业来说,创新并不单纯体现在产品创新中。根据我国制造业现阶段的实际情况,流程创新是制造业企业更现实的创新形式,而这是目前相关文献较少关注的。由于整个创新过程是一个非线性的动态系统,因此用系统动力学的方法能够很好地揭示其内在机制和整体路径。通过阐述创新过程中各个板块的相互联接作用,得出制造业企业创新因果关系图,并揭示产品创新和流程创新两种主要创新形式的关系,以及在实践中的重要作用。

Abstract:Innovation is one of the key sources of sustainable competitiveness. For manufacturing enterprises, innovation is not just limited to product innovation. According to the actual situation of manufacturing industry in China, process innovation is a more realistic form of innovation in manufacturing enterprises, which have not attracted enough attention from academia. Since the innovation process is a nonlinear dynamic system, it is appropriate using system dynamic to reveal the internal mechanism and the overall appearance of enterprise innovation. In this paper, the interrelationship of every single plate have been stated, and based on them, the causality diagram can constructed to demonstrate the relationship between product innovation and process innovation, as well as the important roles they played in the operation practice.
