| Abstract: | Development of low carbon economy encounters many difficulties such as technology and capital.Finance and tax measures provide reference for solving capital bottleneck to help the development of low carbon economy.Through analyzing China’s present situation of urban low carbon economy,appropriate tax and financial instruments were chosen to promote the development of urban low carbon economy. |
