摘    要:为促进江苏省城市网络空间功能提升、区域经济优化和一体化发展,通过构建创新指标评价体系,利用熵权法计算城市综合能力代替人口和地区生产总值数据,借助引力模型和社会网络分析方法对江苏省13个地级及以上城市进行创新空间关联实证分析,并利用社会网络分析法中的QAP回归分析法对江苏省城市创新空间关联影响因素进行研究.结果表明:(1)在整个网络结构中扮演主动者角色的是处于创新网络中心位置的城市,其以自身资源和优势带动其他城市创新发展;(2)创新能力较强的城市可以采取强强联合的方式形成合作圈,充分发挥创新主体间的统筹协调作用,促进技术、知识和信息等创新资源在城市之间流动,积极引导其他城市进行自主创新;(3)位于创新空间结构的非中心位置的城市应加强经济文化等方面建设,不断完善创新环境.并对江苏省创新发展提出对非中心位置城市实行创新帮扶和人才政策上的倾斜、推动创新中心城市与其合作,尽快完善基础设施、加快交通通信等合作,以及加速提升经济发展水平等政策建议.

Abstract:Abstract: In order to promote the urban network space function improvement, regional economic optimization and integrated development of Jiangsu Province, the innovation index evaluation system is constructed, and the entropy weight method is used to calculate the comprehensive capacity of cities instead of population and regional GDP data. With the help of gravity model and social network analysis method, this paper analyzes the innovation spatial correlation of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province, and studies the influencing factors of innovation spatial correlation of jiangsu province by using QAP regression analysis method in social network analysis.?The results show that :(1) the city at the center of the innovation network plays an active role in the whole network structure, which drives the innovation development of other cities with its own resources and advantages; (2) Cities with strong innovation capacity can form cooperation circles by means of strong cooperation, give full play to the overall coordination among innovation subjects, promote the flow of innovation resources such as technology, knowledge and information among cities, and actively guide other cities to carry out independent innovation; (3) Cities in non-central locations of innovation spatial structure should strengthen economic and cultural construction and constantly improve the innovation environment. It also puts forward some policy suggestions for innovation development in Jiangsu province, such as supporting non-central cities in innovation and talent policy, promoting the cooperation of innovation center cities, improving infrastructure, speeding up cooperation in transportation and communication, and accelerating economic development level.
