| 摘 要： | 简要介绍项目管理成熟度模型(PMMM)的概念,运用PMMM概念并结合科研试飞项目管理的实践和特点,提出科研试飞项目管理成熟度模型的构思,并应用该模型对当前科研试飞的项目管理进行了评估验证,探讨科研试飞项目管理改进的途径和方法。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the concept of Project Management Maturity Model(PMMM) by proposing this concept and combining with the practices and characteristics of project management of scientific research flight test.Then the paper assesses and verifies current project management of scientific research flight test,builds the maturity model accordingly,and researches on the approaches and methods for its improvement. |
