摘    要:人才开发与引进海峡西岸经济区人才战略的重点.海西人才开发、引进环境缺乏吸引力,人才开发中人才使用效益、人才引进效率不高,人才开发与人才引进之间协调性不够.应优化人才生态环境、树立人才开发、人才引进并重的理念、坚持绩效导向原则、以企业为主体、以高校为依托的海峡西岸经济区人才开发、引进协调发展对策,以促进海峡西岸经济区人才开发、引进协调发展.
