| 摘 要： | 运用经济学的研究方法,从微观角度具体分析企业在集群发展的不同阶段中所面临的创新动力及制约,并由此进一步推导企业在这些环境因素的影响下决策是否进行创新行为的过程.针对所得研究成果对政府的行为提出一些促进当地产业集群创新能力的政策建议.
