我国高技术产业自主创新能力评价指标体系研究

摘    要:从潜在技术创新资源、技术创新活动、技术创新产出能力和技术创新环境等四个方面,构建高技术产业自主创新能力评价初始指标体系,运用粗糙集遗传约简算法求解最小约简,剔除冗余指标,最后,采用基于联系度的改进TOPSIS法,得出高技术产业主要行业自主创新能力排序,为全面提升我国高技术产业自主创新能力提供决策依据.

Abstract:An initial index system for evaluating the independent innovation capacity of high-tech industry in China is constructed from the following aspects:potential resources,activities,production capacity and environment of technological innovation,etc.Through the genetic reduction algorithm in rough set theory,the minimal reduction is solved and those redundant indices are removed.Finally,by using the improved TOPSIS method based on connection degree,the order of the independent innovation capacity of high-tech ...
