| 摘 要： | 从潜在技术创新资源、技术创新活动、技术创新产出能力和技术创新环境等四个方面,构建高技术产业自主创新能力评价初始指标体系,运用粗糙集遗传约简算法求解最小约简,剔除冗余指标,最后,采用基于联系度的改进TOPSIS法,得出高技术产业主要行业自主创新能力排序,为全面提升我国高技术产业自主创新能力提供决策依据.
