卷烟企业基于AHP的消费者需求分析

摘    要:首先,根据卷烟产品消费特征,构建了卷烟产品消费者需求层次结构。然后,针对不同的消费群体的特征,将消费群体分为三种类型。最后,通过消费者需求调研信息与专家评估相结合,运用层次分析法计算出三类卷烟消费群体的需求项权重,使模糊消费者需求转化为清晰的消费者需求,为卷烟企业的产品属性设计提供了信息参考。
