摘    要:通过分析美国创新人才的培养实践,借鉴其阶段性人才成长规律的有益经验,并针对我国创新人才培养中存在的教育体制僵化、科研管理缺失、大学凝聚力不足等问题,提出我国应建设高水平研究型大学,完善科研资助体系,优化创新人才培养体系的对策建议。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of training science and technology innovation talents in the USA,this paper discusses the problems in China and puts forward proposals on developing high level research universities,improving scientific supporting system and optimizing the system of training science and technology innovation talents by referring to the experiences of the growing laws at different stages in the USA.
