| 摘 要： | 通过深入调研广东省云安县循环经济发展状况,从资源流动的组织层面出发,将云安县建设工业生态园的实践从三个层面进行分析。在企业层面上,依靠科技提高资源综合利用率和开展清洁生产,从源头上减少污染物的排放;在产业层面,以振兴现有支柱产业和培育节能环保的新兴产业为指导思想,建立起以硫化工、水泥、石材为核心的三大生态产业链;在园区层面,促进三大生态产业链之间资源互补,构建生态产业链网,提高园区工业生态系统的整体竞争力和稳定性。

| Abstract: | Through a survey of the economic development of Yun’ an county,Guangdong,the paper analyzes the experience of Yun’ an in building eco-industrial park(EIP) from three levels of flows of resources.At the enterprise level,it relies on technology to increase the comprehensive utilization of resources and promote clean production,reducing emissions from the source;at the industry level,with the guideline of rejuvenating existing pillar industries and cultivating new energy-saving and environmental protection industry,three eco-industrial chains are established at the core of sulfur chemical,cement and stone;at the park level,it focuses on the complementarity of resources among the three eco-industrial chains and building eco-industrial chain network to improve the overall competitiveness and stability of EIP system. |
