| 摘 要： | 军校知识产权管理具有鲜明特点,对军校内部知识产权规章制度建设提出了特殊要求。目前我国军校知识产权规章制度建设比较薄弱,与国家知识产权战略特别是国防知识产权战略实施的现实需求不相适应。加强军校知识产权规章制度建设,应当充分认清其地位作用,以国家和军队相关政策法规为依据,结合单位实际,着重完善知识产权归属及分类、管理与科研过程相结合、激励机制以及成果转移和应用等方面的具体制度设计。

| Abstract: | Intellectual property(IP) management in the military university has obvious characteristics and makes a special request to IP regulation system construction.Currently the IP regulation system construction in military university is weaker,and can not adapt to the national IP strategy especially the realistic need of national defense IP strategy implementation.To strengthen IP regulation system construction in military university,we should recognize its position and function,perfect the IP ownership and classification,combine the management and the research process,design the concrete system of encourage mechanism and the transfer and application of the achievement according to the policies and laws in the nation and the army. |
