| 摘 要： | 将高校作为技术创新管理的主体,发挥高校"创新源"这一重要的特征,提出基于"产学研"模式的高校技术创新管理研究,重点对高校技术创新管理的关键构成要素及可行性模式进行了分析,对于扶持新技术的研发、提高自主创新能力、促进科技成果转化、服务经济社会、培养创新型人才都具备重要的现实意义。
