| 摘 要： | 异质性知识在企业之间传播与叠加是网络化合作的基本特征,学习创新机制是网络组织的主要治理机制.通过对网络组织中的学习创新过程的分析,揭示出其一般的作用机理,并结合实际进一步分析学习创新的显著效果.

| Abstract: | The communication and superposition of heterogeneity knowledge among enterprises are the basic characteristic of network organization,the mechanisms of learning and innovating are the main governing mechanism.The paper analyzed the mechanisms of learning and innovating to reveal the general mechanism of action and had a further study on the significant effects of learning and innovating. |
